From experience, one-on-one mentoring is most useful if you spend some time each month, ensuring that you are clear on the context of the various matters we are to cover on email during the month. The ideal way to catch up to have these discussions is in person but that is not possible with a global network. So the next best thing is to catch up via Zoom.
